- Flight (Hover-type) level 1 (4 Power Points)
- Telekinesis level 2 (4 Power Points)
- Telepathy (only when melded with a hat, between himself and the person wearing the hat) level 3 (typically 3 Power Points, but I think this requirement is harsh enough to fudge it down to 2)
- Tunnelling [sic] level 4 (8 Power Points)
- Mind Shield level 2 (2 points)
- Stealth level 2 (2 points)
- Reincarnation (Humanoid creature or actual ferret must wear cloak for 2 hours, at the end of which time their body is transformed into a new one for Trawmell, Lord of All Ferrets - this does not work as a way of assassinating important NPCs unless plot appropriate, and ferrets never seem to have any desire to remove or damage the cloak.) level 2 (6 points)
