The Coronation Crisis was a major event in the history of Koukan. Following the assassination of Emperor FORGOT_NAME and almost all of his heirs by the Scorpion Clan, the sole remaining Prince, Yuuzuki, was in grave danger, as was the nation as a whole. Through the efforts of many brave individuals, Yuuzuki was crowned Emperor and Koukan was saved from a massive mazoku invasion.
